Lennard-Jones Potential Simulator

While writing the article on this website about the Lennard-Jones potential, and exploring its emergent behaviors, a 3D simulation of the system was helpful in understanding it better for me. When the article was finished, I added navigation inputs for the temperature and density to the UI and it now works as a standalone simlator for anyone to use.

Note that this was built for my own educational purposes, so it may not do everything you would like it too, but if it’s a topic you’re interested in, it’s probably worth playing around with the simulation for a bit. It is available for free to download on itch.io in case you want to check it out.
